I hadn't seen this posted, so I thought I'd share. Not particularly useful to me, so I immediately put it on the AH.
Are there any leagues using a strategy more sophisticated than "play the player across from you" or "play a player of roughly the same OVR"?
It seems like you'd want to avoid negative matchups at all costs, since the opponent gets the first possession plus a stat boost.
Not asking anyone to share secrets! Just curious if any league has addressed this issue.
Wtf no Haslem is a fan favourite in Miami I'm not a heat fan but I love the fact he's been loyal his whole career...a Rare thing nowadays
Here are the number of fans you earn (or lose) based on margin of victory (or loss).
|+1 (or tiebreaker win)||6999|
|-1 (or tiebreaker loss)||-1500|
If you win the match by forfeit, you earn 6500 fans.
If you lose the match by forfeit, you lose 1500 fans.
It's needed for Harden that's good enough reason for me to play it
It's better than the old H2H in many ways. Not sure why people are complaining.
I'm struggling to stay in the Top 1000 as a 91 OVR. But at least there's the possibility of hanging on and getting an Olajuwon card.
And what happens, if the FG% is also tie?
I personally don't agree with this. My opponent should get the win because he/she outscored me during his/her quarter (like the away goals rule in soccer). And if that doesn't break the tie, the lower OVR player should get the win. And if that doesn't break the tie, let's just call it a tie. Don't resort to FG% or some other meaningless stat.
I'm getting 1:00 as well. So people are getting a different time?
I was at superstar III and also got 24 tokens. Must have been based on the tier you ended up in (rookie, pro, all-star, superstar, legend).
Ya we can hope for the clover like token..
Staying on topic.. how much NBA cash would u guys be willing to pay for a clover.. assuming a set is out of the question..
